You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
  • Attempt to hack, damage, overload, or disrupt the website
  • Copy website content without permission
  • Use automated scraping tools without our written consent
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through forms
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Use our website or content in a way that damages our reputation

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Website Content

The content on this website is provided for general business, SEO, and digital marketing information.

We aim to keep the information accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your specific business needs.

Website content may be updated, removed, or changed at any time without notice.

4. No Guaranteed SEO Results

SEO performance depends on many factors outside our full control, including search engine algorithms, competition, website history, technical condition, content quality, backlinks, brand reputation, implementation speed, budget, market demand, user behaviour, and third-party platform changes.

We do not guarantee:

  • First-page Google rankings
  • Number-one rankings
  • Fixed traffic growth
  • Fixed lead volume
  • Fixed sales or revenue growth
  • Permanent rankings
  • Specific Google algorithm outcomes
  • Visibility in AI search results
  • Recovery from every ranking drop, manual action, or penalty

Any case studies, examples, reports, traffic improvements, ranking improvements, or projections shown on this website are examples only. Your results may vary.

5. Service Enquiries and Proposals

When you contact us, request an SEO audit, or ask for a proposal, we may request information about your business, website, market, competitors, goals, and current marketing performance.

Any proposal, quote, or recommendation we provide is based on the information available at the time.

A service engagement begins only when both parties agree to the scope, pricing, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables in writing through a proposal, invoice, agreement, email confirmation, or other accepted business communication.

6. Service Scope

The exact scope of work will be confirmed before a project begins.

Depending on the agreed service, our work may include:

  • SEO audits
  • Keyword research
  • Competitor research
  • Technical SEO recommendations
  • On-page SEO
  • Content strategy
  • Content briefs
  • Local SEO
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Internal linking recommendations
  • Structured data recommendations
  • Ecommerce SEO
  • WordPress SEO
  • Shopify SEO
  • WooCommerce SEO
  • Reporting and analytics review
  • SEO consulting
  • Ongoing SEO campaign management

Any service not listed in the agreed scope may require a separate quote or written approval.

7. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services properly, clients may need to provide accurate information, access, approvals, and timely communication.

This may include:

  • Website CMS access
  • Hosting or developer access
  • Google Analytics access
  • Google Search Console access
  • Google Business Profile access
  • Google Tag Manager access
  • Website backup access
  • Brand guidelines
  • Product or service information
  • Business details
  • Content approvals
  • Technical approvals
  • Payment according to agreed terms

We are not responsible for delays, reduced performance, or missed opportunities caused by incomplete access, delayed approvals, incorrect information, technical restrictions, third-party delays, or lack of client cooperation.

8. Payments, Fees, and Invoices

Fees, payment schedules, retainers, project costs, and due dates will be stated in the agreed proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payments must be made by the due date shown on the invoice
  • Work may pause if payment is delayed
  • Late payments may delay reporting, implementation, or delivery
  • Third-party costs are billed separately where applicable
  • Paid tools, plugins, hosting, ads, writers, developers, or other external costs are the client’s responsibility unless included in the agreed scope

All prices, taxes, and payment terms should be confirmed in the invoice or written agreement.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

SEO and digital marketing services involve research, strategy, planning, time, tools, analysis, communication, and implementation work.

Because service work begins once a project is accepted, refunds are not automatically available for completed work, started work, research, audits, consultations, strategy, reporting, or time already spent.

Cancellation terms, notice periods, refund eligibility, and unused retainer handling should be confirmed in the proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

If no separate cancellation terms are agreed, we reserve the right to charge for work completed, time spent, committed resources, third-party costs, and any unpaid invoices up to the cancellation date.

10. Client Access and Account Security

Clients may provide access to websites, analytics accounts, SEO tools, advertising accounts, CRM systems, or Google Business Profile accounts.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide this access.

We recommend using user-level access rather than sharing master passwords where possible.

Clients should remove access when a project ends if they no longer want us to access their accounts.

We are not responsible for account issues caused by third-party platforms, previous agencies, former employees, hosting providers, developers, malware, weak passwords, or unauthorised access outside our control.

11. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may rely on third-party tools and platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Google Search
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Business Profile
  • SEO software
  • CMS platforms
  • Hosting platforms
  • WordPress
  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • CRM systems
  • Reporting dashboards
  • Advertising platforms

We do not control third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for platform downtime, data changes, tracking errors, algorithm updates, account restrictions, policy changes, tool inaccuracies, or reporting differences.

12. Content, Approvals, and Publishing

If we create or recommend content, metadata, SEO copy, schema, blog content, landing pages, or website changes, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final material before publishing unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that published content is accurate, lawful, compliant, brand-appropriate, and suitable for their industry.

This is especially important for regulated industries such as legal, healthcare, finance, real estate, insurance, education, and professional services.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, website copy, designs, graphics, reports, frameworks, processes, methods, templates, service pages, and materials on this website belong to SEO Company Dubai unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, republish, or distribute our website content without written permission.

For client work, ownership of final deliverables will depend on the agreed proposal or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • We retain ownership of our internal methods, processes, templates, checklists, frameworks, and know-how
  • The client may use final approved deliverables created specifically for their business after payment is received
  • Drafts, unused concepts, strategy documents, and internal working files remain our property unless transferred in writing

14. Portfolio, Case Studies, and Reviews

We may request permission to use client results, testimonials, logos, screenshots, or case studies for marketing.

We will not publish confidential client data, private reports, sensitive access details, or non-public performance information without permission.

Publicly available information may be referenced where lawful and appropriate.

15. Confidentiality

Both parties should treat non-public business information, login access, reports, strategy documents, pricing, customer information, and campaign data as confidential.

We will take reasonable steps to protect client confidential information.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, required by law, or approved for disclosure.

16. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of this website and our handling of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using this website or submitting information to us, you agree that we may collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  • Your misuse of this website

These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, disputes relating to these Terms, this website, or our services shall be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.
